Omar was my service specialist and he was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. My 2020 Corolla was due for some major service and the process was simple. They messaged me a list of all the vehicle needs and worked on only the things I approved. No upsale no pressure just great customer service. My car runs as good as new! I take my vehicle to the Folsom Lake Service Center because of the quality of service they provide every time! Highly recommend them!

The dealer there is horrible, especially Tran Ellison, she cheat on me and tell me the cheaper price first but much expensive later. She said 189 for break fluid, i said i going to check chat gpt. Then she said actually 189 is total price included oil change and break fluid and wheel alignment. And only oil change is 50. I decided to do all of those. Service was done however when I went to grab my keys to leave I was asked to sign three statements. To of them was fine but one of them was so they could give all my information to their affiliates for use in advertising which included texting, emailing etc. and even using AI to send out stuff to me. when I asked the service writer what each stament was for, he gave me a random answer that had nothing to do with what it really said. The interaction with the salesman was excellent and I only have one negative thing to report at the 5000 mile service. We told the service person that the cruise control was not operating properly and she really didn’t help us with that. Also appears no one checked it to verify if it was operating or not. She suggested we go back to the dealership and show the problem to the salesman which we didn’t have time to do. I don’t think we should have to do that! This is my second time receiving service at this dealership. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided. The service advisor was exceptionally friendly, the service was completed on a reasonable schedule, and the waiting room was spacious and well-appointed with comfortable chairs. I am confident that I will return for service at this dealership, even if it requires a slight increase in travel distance.
I was ignored when I came to pickup the car. The lady helping me was on lunch so I asked around for help but the agents were all ignorant and didn't help me despite me sitting there looking around for help for 45+ minutes. I do appreciate the lady at the receptionist sitting at the middle counter (the one on the right wasn't nice and not helpful at all) for helping me with the paperwork to get out though. Wasted an hour there for nothing.

I started my purchase through the Costco Auto Buying Program and was quickly contacted by Chris Fabiani, the Fleet/Internet Sales Manager at Folsom Toyota. We discussed the different Toyota Sienna models, available options, and expected Costco discounts.
Although there wasn’t an official Costco discount yet for the 2026 models, Chris mentioned that historically the discount is around $720 and agreed—via text—to provide a $500 courtesy discount instead.

I needed extreme work and wasn't offered any deal to save me from having to go to the place I bought my Toyota! I'm very devastated. After work was done elsewhere I then got offers? Wow. This place has horrible customer service and is not true to their word. I traded in my Subaru Crosstrek on March 16th, which still had a loan, for a 2024 RAV4 LE. We were promised a second key that would arrive in the mail within a week and a 7-10 day payoff on my Subaru loan. Amazing experience buying this vehicle from this dealership! Melyssa was so friendly and helpful from the test drive to answering our questions to even taking the time to sit with my mom and me while waiting to sign all paperwork. She even followed up with a phone call after the weekend of my purchase. It was 10/10!

Great service today for an oil change and then needed breaks apon inspection. Ended up getting new breaker too.
Review is for service department only. I've been here twice with my truck and the work they've done is great. However, I was perturbed about setting up the appointment. Also, my previous appointment was just for an oil change, but that took like four hours so I approached this with a lot of trepidation. Disappointing experience. Requested oil change and specifically said I did not want tires rotated. The service advisor talked more about himself than the service request itself. I was quoted a 1-1.5 hour wait time. Service took 3 hours and the tires were rotated. I understand things take longer than quoted sometimes but this was too long for an oil change. I’ve used this dealer before and usually provided good reviews, but this experience was frustrating due to the extended wait time and rotating the tires when it was specifically stated not to.

The parts department ordered me a tire yesterday and quoted that it would arrive today by 11am. It did, so far so good. GREAT SERVICE. IN AMD OUT IN AN HOUR. I had a 1 year old tire with a leak. I got right in for service. The tire had to be replaced, and was approved warranty coverage. Got done in about an hour with only a small charge to install the new tire.
