The dealer there is horrible, especially Tran Ellison, she cheat on me and tell me the cheaper price first but much expensive later. She said 189 for break fluid, i said i going to check chat gpt. Then she said actually 189 is total price included oil change and break fluid and wheel alignment. And only oil change is 50. I decided to do all of those. During waiting, she try to persuade me add service, i refused. But later i pick my car. i got first 184.55 bill for only oil change and normal check!!! No other services she refered!! I took a picture of that. I remembered she said 50for oil change But the bill shows 140！After i show her Toyota gave to me 69.99 oil change deal , she is very unhappy and tell me i Should told her first. Then she only deduct little bit, And let me pay around 170 and even didn't give me payment copy and service details!!! (i Just realized this after i get home) I will never pick her again.
