Xavier got me in and out in an hour for a tire rotation and oil change.

Two and half hours is a long time for a simple oil change and inspection. I waiting approximately 15 minutes before I was greeted by somebody. Additionally, my service was not due although I’ve received multiple calls, texts and emails saying I needed to schedule my service.

This visit made me wonder what happened. I waited in service lane for 15 minutes before anyone came out to help me. Then it was still not smooth. Redeeming part was Service Advisor Derek was knowledgeable and got my car done very quickly. But when I picked up my car, receptionist/cashier handed me the keys and said "it is outside to the left." It took me several minutes to locate my vehicle.

Service while you wait was incredibly slow; it took 3 hours for a 10000 mile service and to change a tire with a nail in it. Also the customer person who texted me that I should ask for him made me wait so long for my scheduled appointment that I chose a different service person who was immediately available.
