As always, staff are polite and efficient. Prices seem to be comparable to other dealerships.

John key was very courteous and helpful regarding getting me through the process as quick as possible.

I’ve always had a positive experience with this dealership and the people who work there. Sure, you might be able to get slightly better prices on parts and repairs elsewhere, but the knowledge and professionalism is worth it. If you buy a car from this dealership, adding the care service is a no-brainer.

Very poor customer service. Over 45min wait to check in vehicle even with an appt. Incompetent service advisor was not able to correctly write up a service order for an oil change. Ended up having to leave and go to an independent service shop to get the work done. Avoid this Toyota service center.

My husband and I met John in the service department today and after leaving my husband commented on how much he appreciated being listened to and feeling like our needs and concerns were going to be addressed. Took my 2019 Camry in for an oil change. I was greeted as soon as I drove up. My rep said probably a 1.5 hour wait. It was done in 45 minutes! Everyone was very friendly. Great job Folsom Toyota Service Dept!

I highly recommend both this dealership and my salesman Tasso, he took the time to get to know me and not just sell me a vehicle. At another dealership i was with three different people and all three combined didn’t know as much about me or what I wanted as Tasso did. If you want to be treated right and walk away with a great deal then don’t worry about going to any other place then Toyota of Folsom lake.

As a returning customer, I feel confident that I will get treated with professional, polite courtesy and service with a smile. The waiting areas are spacious and comfortable.

The dealership was clean, well payed out, accessible to all. We were greeted at the door and even while working with one sales person, everyone said hello to us. We were offered coffee and water and every turn and doors were opened for us. Travis was our sales person and Mo was the financial manager. Both gentlemen were professional, ease to deal with. We had a no pressure to buy experience and test drove many trucks. In all from arrival to leaving with our new truck was just under 2 1/2 hours. They have earned our repeat business at our next purchase.

The service center has an easy online appointment system and it doesn’t take too long to get in. They are upfront with their costs and I haven’t experienced them trying to add on repairs and services- in fact I’ve been recommended to wait on some repairs before. Michael S. is a wonderful service advisor, always appreciate his great customer service.

My service advisor wasn’t communicative at all. I left her a voicemail & a text message to get th status of my vehicle . She never replied, so I went to the service center to follow up (in person). She wasn’t at her desk, but her coworker sitting next to her was there & he said he would help me. He located my paperwork , saw my vehicle was ready to be picked up but couldn’t locate my vehicle keys. Long story short , Laura Torres, is not a very good service advisor.

Sean was Fantastic, very enjoyable to with. He was patient & very relaxed. The process took longer than expected & he stayed with us the whole time. Jon was very efficient & easy to work with also

We have had nothing but good experiences with the service department at Folsom Lake Toyota. Our service advisor has been Brandon Fisher twice now and I just can’t say enough positive things about him. He’s patient listening to what is wrong with your vehicle, he takes the time to explain things, and he’s very thorough. He’s so knowledgeable and i feel like he really cares about his customers. And he’s one of these people you just trust. We will continue to go to Folsom Lake Toyota to have Brandon as our service advisor.

Scheduling routine warranty service was easy and prompt. Upon arrival, service personnel were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Facility was clean and comfortable while waiting for completion of service. My one issue was the fact that when I called to schedule, I’d been told it would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours, I was actually there for a little more than 3 hours.

My service was excellent, and my service advisor was very efficient and quick. Would definitely come back

Our sales person gave us an incorrect answers about A catalytic converter being stolen easily on a Prius. We were given incorrect information about the extended warranty and how long it was until We have committed to the deal. Of course we could’ve walked away then but we didn’t.

Staff is very friendly. Service provided as promised and in a timely manner. Being able to make appointments via text messages is also very easy and convenient.
