Friendly when you can reach someone. They need to improve in returning customers phone calls. I've left 4 messages to 2 different service persons and still haven't gotten a return call. Not happy about it and tired of wasting my time. Still had questions about the service that was performed. Once your of the lot, it seems like you're forgotten about. Do Better - Service Team

Finance manager was very rude to us after we refused to add any options Also the contract he asked us to sign was not the same price we agreed upon with the sales rep. I demanded he recalculate the numbers which at first he insisted I was wrong. We also did not appreciate him bragging about how many house he owned and renting only to Section 8 tennets. This was a insult to us since we both have family members on section 8. Section 8 is for low income renteers.
